Plagiarism Policy

InHealthTheory supports and adopts the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Code of Ethics. To examine similarities, it accepts the results of Ithenticate, Turnitin, and İntihal.net programs. Plagiarism, overlapping publication, self-plagiarism, data fabrication, undisclosed conflicts of interest, authorship contribution disputes, allegations of professional misconduct, etc. can be detected during review and after publication. The editorial board reviews any plagiarism detected. The author is immediately notified of the plagiarism. The flow chart provided by COPE is followed in order to make decisions before and after publication.

The similarity rate of studies submitted to inHealth Theory with other studies should be at most 20%. Studies showing more than 20% similarity are returned to the author for correction. The citation rate from the same source should be less than 2%.
