Türkiye’de Telerehabilitasyon Kavramına İlişkin Lisansüstü Araştırmaların Bibliyometrik Analizi

Özet

Amaç: Telerehabilitasyon, rehabilitasyon hizmetlerinin telekomünikasyon teknolojileri aracılığıyla uzaktan sunulmasını sağlayan çağdaş bir yaklaşımdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de telerehabilitasyon konulu lisansüstü tezleri bibliyometrik yöntemle inceleyerek akademik üretimin zamansal gelişimini, lisansüstü düzeylere göre dağılımını ve disipliner yoğunlaşma alanlarını ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma, Yükseköğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezi (YÖKTEZ) verilerine dayalı ilk kapsamlı bibliyometrik analiz olması bakımından özgünlük taşımakta ve özellikle 2021 sonrası artış gösteren akademik eğilimleri sistematik biçimde belgelendirmektedir.

Yöntem: Ekim 2025’e kadar Türkiye Yükseköğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezi’nde kayıtlı, erişime açık 125 lisansüstü tez analiz edilmiştir. Tezler; yıllarına, üniversitelere, enstitülere, anabilim dallarına, türlerine ve uygulama alanlarına göre sınıflandırılmış; veriler tanımlayıcı istatistiklerle değerlendirilmiştir.

Bulgular: Telerehabilitasyon konulu tezlerin 2017 yılında literatüre girdiği, ancak %98,4’ünün 2021 ve sonrasında tamamlandığı saptanmıştır. Tezlerin %51’i yüksek lisans, %44’ü doktora, %5’i tıpta uzmanlık tezidir. En fazla çalışma Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü (%67,2) bünyesinde ve Fizyoterapi ve Rehabilitasyon Anabilim Dalı (%80,8) altında yürütülmüştür. En sık incelenen klinik konular; Covid-19 dönemi (%9,6), multipl skleroz (%8,8), bel ağrısı (%5,6), parkinson (%5,6) ve fibromiyalji (%4,0) olmuştur.

Sonuç: Bulgular, telerehabilitasyonun Türkiye’de hızla gelişen bir akademik alan haline geldiğini ve özellikle Covid-19 pandemisiyle birlikte bilimsel ilgide belirgin bir artış yaşandığını göstermektedir. Telerehabilitasyonun yalnızca bulaşıcı hastalık dönemlerinde değil, kronik, nörolojik ve ortopedik rahatsızlıklarda da etkili bir rehabilitasyon yöntemi olduğu görülmüştür. Gelecekte yapılacak randomize kontrollü ve meta-analiz çalışmaları, bu uygulamanın etkinliğini güçlendirerek sağlık sistemine entegrasyonuna katkı sağlayacaktır.
